We want you to love our products and enjoy your shopping experience with us. If by chance you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may notify The Happy Hippy Soap Company of your intent to return item(s) up to 15 days from the date your order was shipped. If a refund is requested, the purchased item(s) can be refunded at their actual purchase cost. Original shipping charges to send products to the buyer are not refundable.
Refunds are not available after 15 days from the date your order was shipped unless there is a defect in the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at thehappyhippysoapcompany@shaw.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Additional Information
Any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.
